I’m really disappointed with this order. I chose the carpet after checking the sample first, which looked like a warm beige, but when the actual carpet arrived it was a much darker, almost grey shade. Customer service told me colours can vary on screens, but that doesn’t really apply when I was going by their physical sample, not just a photo online. It’s frustrating because I felt like I’d done everything properly before ordering. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The carpet was okay for the money. It wasn’t the cheapest I’ve seen around, but the price still felt fair enough. Delivery took about a bit longer than I was hoping, and the quality is average. Overall, it’s not bad, but it didn’t really feel like an amazing bargain.

The door bar also doesn’t feel properly secure, like it has a bit of movement in it, which makes me worry it’s only going to get worse over time. I tried calling afterwards to get it sorted or at least speak to someone about it, but I didn’t really get anywhere, which was frustrating because I didn’t feel like I was asking for anything unreasonable. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn’t use them again

The main thing that bothered me was that some pages loaded slowly on my phone. A few of the product photos also weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, and that did make me trust the listings a bit less when I was trying to picture what the carpet would actually look like.

Checkout was simple enough though, with no confusing steps or anything like that. I’d probably use the site again, but the slower loading and unclear photos did knock my confidence a little, so it’s not quite a perfect experience...
